This is a largescale housing development project consisting of over 130 separate units ranging from apartments to houses. Conradh carried out the civil engineering elements of the work, which  consisted mainly of the following: Earthworks & Muck Shifting Operations. Structure Footings: Excavate, Install Stone & Steelworks, Pour & Finish Concrete. Pipework: All Storm & Foul

This was a project that consisted of the following: Excavation of approx 700m2 of existing ground in order to construct 2Nr in-situ concrete walls, designed in order to retain the adjoining embankments. 3m High wall – 130m long. 5m to 2.5m stepped wall – 65m long. 42t of steel reinforcement tied and fixed into position.
