Project Description

This is a largescale housing development project consisting of over 130 separate units ranging from apartments to houses. Conradh carried out the civil engineering elements of the work, which  consisted mainly of the following:

  • Earthworks & Muck Shifting Operations.
  • Structure Footings: Excavate, Install Stone & Steelworks, Pour & Finish Concrete.
  • Pipework: All Storm & Foul Drainage from each dwelling & connection out to main sewers.
  • Structure Insulation & Finished Floors.
  • Utilities: All utilities installed underground throughout the site incl ESB, Eir, Public lighting etc.
  • All Public & Private Footpaths.
  • Public Lighting Columns.
  • Road Drainage & Gullies.
  • Concrete Chambers – both pre-cast & insitu for all above works.
  • Driveways & Paved Areas.
  • Post & Panel Fencing.
  • Site Entrance Road re-alignment works.
  • Water Attenuation Tanks & Outfalls to local watercourse’s.
